BECM4ITH, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: A perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across a portion of Lot 8, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, said easement to be ten (10) feet in width and bounded by the following described lines: Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 8; thence South 360 251 East along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8 a distance of 88.00 feet; thence North 540 00' East a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 360 25' West a distance of 88.00 feet to a point in the north- westerly line of said Lot 8; thence along said northwesterly line of said Lot 8 South 540 001 West a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
