To the Municipal Authorities of the City of San Luis Obispo,
Gentlemen:-
The following is a copy of a Resolution
of the Board. of Directors of The Central Milling Compar�y,adopted at a
regular meeting of said Board,held June 10th.18 92,a full board being
present, -vote unanimous:-
"RESOLVED: -That the President and the Secreta-
ry be,and they are hereby authorized to executeand delive6 to the City
of San Luis Obispo a deed for land of this Company,lying, in the street
of Higuera Si4if,44t,as extended and described in a certain deed made by
Isaac Upham and others,dated Oct.9th.1889,as appears on the Records of
San Luis Obispo Co.,9ol.7 of Deeds,page 5, -the same being an easement for Street purposes"
