111 FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN'S AFFAIRS and
HARVEY V. GUTTRY, JR., and JOAN G. GUTTRY, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, a drainage ease-
ment on Lot 22, Block A of Alta Vista (Tract #64) Subdivision in
the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, along the line
of the utilities easements of record as the same exist along the
Northwesterly Two (2) feet of said Lot and as the same exist along
the rear Easterly Ten (10) feet of said Lot.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this grant is made solely
for the purpose of allowing said Grantees to install and maintain

an underground drainage system from the drop inlet located on
Albert Drive between Lots 21 and 22 of Block A of the above
mentioned subdivision and the drain lying to the rear of said Lots.
