A.LEXAYDER Y. RHODES and MELVA C. MODES hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO an easement for drainage, street and other public purposes over the
following described land:
A portion of that certain tract of land described in deed to
Alexander 11. Rhodes, et us, dated June 6, 1949, and recorded
June 13, 1949, in Book 525 at page 352, Official Records, San
Luis Obispo County, said portion being particularly described
as follows:
BEGIKM.'G at the Southeasterly corner of said tract; thence
Forth 890 141 West, a distance of 21 feet to a point; thence
North 00 461 East, a distance of 5 feet; thence South 890 141
East, a distance of 12 feet; thence North 00 161 East, a distance
of 8 feet; thence South 890 141 East, a distance of 9 feet;
thence South 00 461 West, a distance of 13 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 177 square feet of land.
