DEED OF EASEMENT
RICHARD N. and VIVIAN L. BULLOCK, as Grantors hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easements
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
Easements to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across
portions of Lot 119 of the -San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, according to
the map of said tract recorded February 7, 1906 in Book 1, at page 92
of Record of Surveys. Said easements to be 10 feet.i:n width and parti-
cularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot
119, distant North 89° 381 East 256.87 feet from the northwesterly
corner thereof; thence South 0° 221 East a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence South 89° 381 West a distance of 62.36 feet; thence South
0° 471 30" East a distance of 155.83 feet; thence South Ito° 091 Ito"
West a distance of 76.37 feet to a point on the southwesterly line
of said Lot 119, distant thereon South 33° 301 East 267.35 feet from
the northwesterly corner thereof; thence North 33° 301 West a distance
of 10.42 feet; thence 'North Ito° 09, Ito" East a distance of 69.71 feet;
thence North 0° 471 30" West a distance of 162.17 feet to a point on
the northerly line of said Lot 119; thence North 89° 381 East a distance
of 72.43 feet to said point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and
along a strip of land 10 feet in width, being a portion of said here -
inabove described Lot 119, said strip of lam being parallel to and
adjacent to the northerly line of said Lot 119, the northerly line of
said easement being described as beginning at a point on the northerly
line of Lot 119, distant thereon North 89° 38t East 386.87 feet from
the northwesterly corner; thence North 89° 38' East a distance of
70.00 feet.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and etpense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be stab -

On ugust 1, 1958, before me, VTIIZ -1L,K 1.. HOUSE , JR., a Notary Public
in and for said County and State, personally appeared BUPKE V. WALDRCY, known
to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument as
a witness thereto, who being by me duly sworn, says: Ttat he resides in the
City of San Luis Obispo, California, and that he was present and saw the
above persons, who are personally known to hits to be the same persons whose
names are subscribed to the within instrument, sign and deliver the same,
and that they then acknowledged to affiant that they executed the same; and
that said affiant subscribed his name thereto as a witness.
