DEED OF EASEKENT
GEORGE WOFFORD, JR. and GERALDINE G. WOFFORD, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following
easement in the City- of San .Luis Obispo, county of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
An easement to- construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove public sanitary,sewer line and appurtenances in and across
a portion of Lot 7, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract, according to the
map of said Tract, recorded September 30, 1893 in book l at page 14 of
Record of Surveys, said easement to be a strip of land 5 feet in width
and being particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 7, thence N 54* ,001
E a distance of 165 feet; thence N 36° 251 W a distance of 5 feet; thence
S 54' 001 W a distance of 165 feet; thence S.36* 25' E a distance of 5
feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 00019 acres of land more or less.
