subscribed to the within instrument, as a witness thereto, who being by m
me duly sworn_, says: That he resides in the City of San Luis Obispo,
California, and that he was present and saw the above persons, who are
personally known to him to be the same persons whose names are subscribed C3

GRANT DEED
ORVA W. MC 'DONAID and HARCLD W. MC DONALD, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 3, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract, according to
the map of said Tract, recorded September 30, 1893 in Book 1 at page
14 of 'Record of Surveys, said portion being particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 3; thence North
540 001 East along the southeasterly line of said Lot 3 a distance
of 90.90 feet; thence North 360 25' West a distance of 0.18 feet;
thence tangent to the preceding course on the are of a circular
curve to the left, the radius of which is 25 feet; through a central
angle of 890 35' 00" a'distance of 39.09 feet; thence South 510 001
West a distance of 66.08,feet; to a point on the southwesterly line
of said Lot 3; thence along said southwesterly line of said Lot 3
South 360 251 East a. distance of 25.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.049 acres of land more or less.
IN WITNESS TEEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
