GRANT DEED
LEONARD G. and REBECCA R. BLASER, Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title and
interest in all that certain real property situate in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 30 South,
Range 12 East, M. D. B. & M. and commencing at corner No. 16 "Goldtree
Vineyard Tract" as shown and delineated upon the map of said Tract on
file in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Luis
Obispo, in Book 1 of Maps, at page 14 thereof; thence South 330 411 2611
East a distance of 1J474.07 feet; thence South 32° 341 West a distance
of 204.33 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Johnson Street
to the true point of beginning of the tract of land to be herein described;
Running thence from said true point of beginning, along said Northeasterly
line of Johnson Street, from a tangent bearing North 57° 401 05" West
on the arc of a circular curve to the left, the radius of which is 730
feet through an angle of 10 191 0411 a distance of 16.79 feet; thence
leaving said Northeasterly line North 26° 271 2211 East a distance of
10.20 feet; thence from a tangent bearing South 63° 321 3811 East on the
arc of a circular curve to the left, the radius of which is 20 feet;
through an angle of 83° 531 2211, a distance of 29.28 feet; thence South
32° 34' West a distance of 29.76 feet to said true point of beginning.
Containing 0.006 acres of land more or less.
