as shown on the Map of the Breed's Addition, recorded at Page 33,

THIS AGRERTENT, executed this
AGREEMENT

between KLEVENS CONSTRUCTION COKPANY , hereinafter called grantor, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by grantor of .01 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard_., and in consideration of grantor
agreeing to install a six (6) foot sidewalk along said right of way granted
to the City, the City agrees to install curb and gutter, to complete the street
paving
;andexterid drainage facilities.
