GRANT DEED
FRANCIS and HARRIET MUELLER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title, and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 9, Block 152, shown on the map entitled Map of
J. Harford's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, dated April,
1876 and on file in the office of the County Recorder in Volume A,
page 123:
That portion of Lot 9, being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 9, said corner being the
Northwesterly corner of the intersection of Beebee Street and South
Street; thence N 00 15' W along the Westerly line of Beebee Street a
distance of 15 feet to a point; thence S 45° 06' 30" W a distance of
21.08 feet to a point on the Northerly line of South Street; thence
S 89° 32' E along the Northerly line of South Street a distance of
15 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .0026 acres of land more or less.
