GRANT DEED
KLEVENS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INCORPORATED, as Grantor, hereby grants to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of its right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block G, Tract 60,
thence S 89° 581 E along the Northerly line of Foothill Blvd, a distance
of 209.70 ft to a point; thence N 0° 071 00" W along the west line of
Breed's Addition, a distance of 9 feet to a point; thence S 89° 501 W,
a distance of 49.35 feet to an angle point; thence N 88° 48' 461, W, a
distance of 160.36 feet to a point on the Easterly line of Tract 60;
thence S 0° 02' 3011 W along the Easterly line of Tract 60 12.06 ft to
the point of beginning.
Containing 0.049 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this �D � day of , 195'L, by and
between KLEVENS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INCORPORATED, a corporation, hereinafter
called grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal.corpora tion, herein-
after called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by grantor of 0.049 acres
more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of grantor
agreeing to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right of way granted to
the City and agreeing to install curb and gutter along the easterly 139.80 feet
of said property, the City agrees to install curb and gutter along the westerly
69.90 feet, to do necessary work to abandon the.drainage structure, and to complete
the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
