GRANT DEED
WORTH P. and DOROTHY BABCOCK, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
THAT portion of the South 1/2 of Section 36, T 30 S, R 12 E, M. D. M.,
beginning at the Southwest corner of Laurel Lane and Richard Street;
thence S 30° 411 W 232.50 ft to the true point of beginning; thence
N 72° 001 W 18.45 ft; thence S 300 411W 75 ft; thence S 720 001 E
18.45 ft; thence N 30° 411 E 75 ft to true point of beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 16th day of February , 1959, by and
between WORTH P. and�DOROTHY BABCOCK, hereinafter called grantors, and the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and.in consideration of the conveyance by grantors of 0.031 acres more
or less lying along Laurel bane, and in consideration of grantors agreeing to
install a (61) six _foot sidewalk along said right of way granted to the City,
the City agrees to install curb and.gutter and to complete the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
