GRANT DEED
NELLIE PENMAN, as Granter, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all her right, title and interest in the follow-
ing described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of SEA of NW oof Section 27, T 30 S, R 12 E,
M. D. M; thence S 89° 151 W, a distance of 300 feet; thence S 0° 15r E,
a distance of 50 feet; thence N 89° 45' E, a distance of 28.21 feet;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 50 feet, through
an angle of 25° 501 30 ", for a distance of 22.55 feet to a point; thence
N 89° 45t E, a distance of 70 feet; thence N 0° 15' W, a distance of
5 feet; thence N 89° 45' E, a distance of 180 feet; thence N 0° 151 W,
a distance of 40 feet to the point of beginning.
