A. JJand ELINOR K. BONIN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title, and
interest in the following described property, to wit:
THAT portion of Lot "D" of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map filed for record January 25, 1889
in the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
BEGINNING at Point B -8, running thence S 89° 55' W along the Northerly
line of Foothill Boulevard a distance of 140 feet to a point on the
Easterly line;of Ferrini Road; thence N 0° 15' W, a distance of 119 feet
to th- t._•ue point of beginning; thence continuing N 0° 15' W, a distance
of luu feet; thence N 59° 39' E, a distance of 5.79 feet; thence S 0 °15' E,
a distance of 102.92 feet; thence S 89° 55' W, a distance of 5 feet to
the true point of beginning. ,
