GRANT DEED
ARTHUR E. COLLET, ANNIE C. COLLET, and FRANK J. AND MARY B. HELMS, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.. a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee,
all their right, title and interest in the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 3 of subdivided land as shown on a map titled, Map
of Lands belonging to the heirs of Jerry J. Johnson, deceased, parti-
tioned by the order of the Superior Court of San Luis Obispo County,
May 29, 1893. Said Map is filed in Volume 20, at page 189, Book of
Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo, County,
California.

The portion of property is more particularly described as follows;
beginning at Corner J -18, as shown on the aforesaid map; thence along
a line bearing N 89° 501 E a distance of 654.36 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continuing N 89° 50' E a distance of 65.64 feet;
thence N 0° 101 W., a distance of 22.0 feet; thence S 89° 501 W, a
distance of 65.61 feet; thence S 0 °101 E, a distance of 22.00 feet to
the true point of beginning.
Containing 0.033 acres more or less.

after called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN. LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 0.033 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantors agreeing

to install a six(6)foot sidewalk along said right of way granted to the City, the
City agrees to install curb and gutter, provide necessary fill, make driveway
revisions, construct retaining wall and complete the street paving.
