GRANT DEED
J. PHILIP and MARTHA H. BRCMLEY, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISP02 a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 18 of Block 5 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in the
City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded
September 30, 1893 in book 1, page 14 of record of surveys, records of
said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said lot; thence South 360 251
east along the northeasterly line of said lot, a distance of 5 feet;
thence South 54* 001 West, a distance of 133 feet; thence North 36 °251 W,
a distance of 5 feet; thence North 54* 001 East, along the northwesterly
line of said lot, a distance of 133 feet to the point of beginning.
