The FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a non - profit corporation,
as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal corporation,
as Grantee, all of its right, title and interest in the following described pro-
perty in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A portion of Lot 8, 'Tract No. 11, according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at page 30, volume 5; in the office of the,County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo, County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows: 1 11 -
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 8; thence N 89° 501 E a
distance of 110.50 feet; thence S 0° 071 E. a distance of 4.00 feet;
thence S 89° 50' W. a distance of 110.50 feet; thence N 0° 071 W,
a distance of 4.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .01014 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this-.2 2 day of 4fjl % , 19592
by and between the FIRST SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a non - profit
corporation, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
Municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of .01011 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted to the City
and move gas meter, the City agrees to construct curb and gutter, complete the
street paving and do necessary engineering.

I, MARY Ci=RELL, Acting Clerk of the First Southern Baptist Church, hereby certify
that the following Resolution -was passed at a special,called meeting on the 8th
day of July, 1959.:
"RESOLUTION"
WHEREAS, the First Southern Baptist Church desires to construct church .
buildings on the property recently purchased, located at 317 Foothill Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of the use permit, the City of-San Luis Obispo
required, amongst other- things the conveyance of a 4 foot strip adjacent.to Foothill.
Boulevard; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Trustees of.the First Southern Baptist Church as follows:
Jerry Harbin.
1. That RA Rrnnk shall be and is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the First Southern.Baptist Church, that certain grant deed
conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a 4 foot strip adjacent to Foothill Boulevard,
2. That the Board determines that adequate consideration in the nature of
street improvements to be installed by the City is being given for said conveyance.
