GRANT DEED
JOAN H. and LELA M. BOWEN, as Grantors$ hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 4 of subdivided land as shown on a map title, Map
of Lands belonging to the heirs of Jerry J. Johnson, deceased. Parti-
tioned by the order of the Superior Court of San Luis Obispo County,
May 29, 1893. Said map is filed in Volume 20, at page 189, Book of
Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo, County,
California. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at Corner J 18, as shown on the aforesaid map; thence along
a line bearing S 89° 501 W a distance of 180.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 501 W a distance of
136.00 feet; thence N 0° 321 W a distance of 22.00 feet; thence
N 890 501 E, a distance of 136.132 feet; thence S 0° 101 E a distance
of 22.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
