DEED OF EASEMENT
•
ANNA R. GALLAGHER, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an easement for drainage and public utility
purposes in, to, over and under the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
The northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 83 Block B, Tract 118, being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 8, Block B. Tract 118, thence
N 65° 29' E a distance of 123.23 feet; thence S 31° 12' E a distance of
5.03 feet; thence S 65° 29' W a distance of 124.13 feet; thence along a
curve having a radius of 40 feet concave westerly through an angle of
7 10' 51" a distance of 5.01 feet to the true point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused her name to be subscribed
this 18th day of September , 1959•
