GRANT DEED
MARK A. HOOD, an unmarried man, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISP03 a municipal corporation, as Grantee,. all of his right, title aid
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of Walter Street
with the westerly line of Laurel Lane, as recorded in Licensed Sur-
veyors MaD Book 8, Page 26, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence running N 30° 41' E along the westerly line of Laurel Lane, a
distance of 307.50 feet to a point; thence N 72° 02' 07" W2 a distance
of 23.•58 feet; thence S 30° 41' W along a line parallel to the westerly
line of Laurel Lane, a distance of 295.50 feet; thence along a curve
concave to the right, through an angle of 77"171 4511, having a radius
of 15 feet, and a length of 20.24 feet to a point on the northerly line
of Walter Street; thence S 72° Ol' 15" E along the Northerly line of
Walter Street, a distance of 35.58 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.163 acres more or less.

26, 1959 in Voltme 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Dbispo
County, Wifernia., and the grantee consents to recordation thereof..

THIS AGREIMENT, exec;ited this ---26 day of October , 1959,
by and between MARK A. HOOD, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of 0.163 acres more
or less lying along Laurel Lane, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing to
install curb and gutter along said right -of -way granted to the City and to do
grading on the property side of the new curb and gutter, the City agrees to do
all engineering, to relocate the fire hydrant, and to do grading and street paving
on the street side of the curb and gutter.
