GRANT DEED
DONALD Q. and ESTHER T. MILLER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lots 26 and 27, Block 4 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California according to the map thereof recorded September 30, 1893,
in Book 1, page 11.E of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county,described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 27; thence S 360 251 E
along the easterly line of Johnson Avenue, a distance of 87.75 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing S 36° 251 E, a
distance of 146 feet to a point; thence N 53° 35' E, a distance of
16 feet; thence N 36° 251 W. along a line parallel to the easterly
line of JohnsonAvenue, a distance of 146 feet to a point; thence
S 530 35' W. a distance of 16 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 0.0536 acres more or less.

AGRERIENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of (�(a� , 1959,
by and between DONALD Q. and ESTHER T. MILLER, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 0.05 acres more
or less lying along Johnson Avenue, and in consideration of Grantors agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted to the City
and curb and gutter along the northerly 73 feet, the City agrees to install curb
and gutter along the southerly 73 .feet, to relocate utilities and do necessary
grading along the southerly 73 feet, to conduct all engineering necessary along
the entire frontage, and to complete street paving along the entire frontage.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
