LESTER and RUTH E. MACRAE, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of ,San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 6, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6; thence N 890 501 E a distance
of 50.25 feet; thence S 00 071 W a distance of 1.00 feet; thence S 89 °501 W
a distance of 50.25 feet; thence N 0° 071 E a distance of 4 ;00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing .00507 acres more or less.

THIS AGREDDIENT, executed this 2 day of November , 19593
by and between LESTER and RUTH E. MACRAE, hereinafter called Grantors, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of .00507 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantors agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted io the City,
the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to complete the street paving.
