GRANT DEED
MARION S. CLEMO, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and interest in
the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 7, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 7; thence S 890 501 W, a
distance of 55.0 feet; thence S 00 071 E a distance of 1.00 feet;
thence N 89° 501 E, a distance of 55.0 feet; thence N 0° 071 W, a
distance of 4.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .0051 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused her name to be subscribed

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 4th day of January ,19 60
by and between MARION S. CLEKO, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, Witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of .0051 acres more
or less lying along Foo �� » Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted to the City,
the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to complete the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
