GRANT DEED
WILLIAM A. ALBRECHT, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 71 Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932
at page 30, Volume 51 in.the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follaus:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 7; thence S 89° 50' W, a
distance of 55.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continu-
ing S 89° 50' W. a distance of 55.5 feet; thence S 0° 071 E. a dis-
tance of 4.0 feet; thence N 89° 50' E, a distance of 55.5 feet;
thence N 0° 07' W, a distance of 4.0 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Containing .0051 acres more or less.

conveyed by the deed or grant dated December 31 , 1959,

City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted
in accordance with Resolution No.'549 (1959 Series), recorded tray
26, 1959 in Voltmte 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 4th day of January 1960
by and between WILLIAM A. ALBRECHT, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of .0051 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -or -way granted to the City,
the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to complete the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
