MARTIN POLIN, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot E of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califom is according to the
map thereof recorded January 25, 1889, in Book B, Page 33 of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the San Luis Obispo - Los Osos
Public Road (known as Foothill Boulevard) marked B. 7; thence S 89° 551 W,
a distance of 110.0 feet, to a point; thence N 0° 051 W, a distance of
11.0 feet; thence N 89° 551 E, a distance of 113.26 feet; thence along
a curve concave to the left, having a radius of 20 feet, through an angle
of 122' 201, and a length of 42.70 feet to a point on the Sally line of
the County Road to Cayucos (known as North Chorro Street); thence
S 32° 25t E along said line, a distance of 31.74 feet to a point marked
B. 6; thence S 25° 301 W. a distance of 16.50 feet to point B. 7, the
point of beginning.
Containing 0.012 acres, more or less.

conveyed by the deed or grant dated January 15 , 1960,

City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby ac-
cepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volum 1002, Official Records, Page 242,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEKENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed. this 1st day of February , 1960,
by and between MARTIN POLIN, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of.the conveyance by Grantor of 0.042 acres more
or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install curb and gutter and an eleven foot (,111) sidewalk along said right-
of-way granted to the City, the City agrees to do all-necessary engineering and
to complete the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
