FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, A. L. FERRINI and HILDA FERRINI, husband and wife, hereinafter
called Grantor, hereby grant to the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal cor-
poration, hereinafter called City, the real property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as:

Commencing at NWLy corner of Lot 1, B1k.C, of Ferrini Ranch Estates,
Tract No. 148, filed for record at Page 9, Volume 6, of Maps, San
Luis Obispo County, thence running along the Wly line of said lot
207.10 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence N 5' 01' 26" W
23.56 ft.; thence N 84' 46' 41" E77.24 ft; thence S 2° 05' 12'! E
61.58 ft; thence NWly -78.98 ft. along the Nly line of- Highland Ave.
to the true point of beginning.
Parcel 2
Commencing at the SEly corner of Lot 2, Blk A, of Ferrini Heights
No. 3, Tract No. 120, filed for record at Page 4, Volume 6 of Maps,
San Luis Obispo County; thence running along the Ely line of said
lot, N 6. 42' E 112.01 ft; thence S 83. 18' E 20 ft; thence S 6'
42' W 69 -ft; thence S 83' 18' E 5 ft; thence S 6° 42' W 40 ft; thence
S 89' 50' W 25.18 ft to the point of beginning. -
The property above described shall be used for water distribution purposes only,
and in the event the City shall abandon such use, then the Grantor or his heirs
shall have the right of reverter provided that the City shall have the right
upon 90 days' notice from the Grantor or his heirs to remove any and all structures,
pipes, pumping equipment, or other improvements placed thereon.
