GRANT DEED
HENRY G. and MARTHA Z. SALGADO, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southerly 1/2 of Section 36, Township
30 South, Range 12 East, MDB&M, particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of the intersection
of Laurel Lane, 40 feet wide, and Richard Street, 54 feet
wide, as said Lane and Street are shown on Map of-Survey
-0f Richard and Walter Streets, recorded at page-26 in Book
8:'of Record of Surveys, Licensed Surveyors Maps, San Luis
Obispo'County Records; thence North 720 03' Vest a distance
of 123.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence-North
720 03' West a distance of 122.20 feet; thence North 300
41' East a distance of 4.10 feet; thence South 720 031 East
a distance of 122.20 feet.; thence South 300 41' West a
distance of 4.10 feet to said true point of beginning.
