GRANT DEED
WALTER R. and ELIZABETH JOHNSTON and WALTER RICHARD JOHNSTON, as
Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation,
as Grantee, all of their right, title and interest in the following described
property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:,
That portion of the Southerly 1/2 of Section 36, Township
30 South, Range 12 East, MDB&M particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner*of the intersection
of Laurel Lane, 40 feet wide and Richard Street, 54 feet
wide, as said Lane and Street are shown on Map of Survey
of Richard and Walter Streets, recorded at page 26 in Book
8 of Record of Surveys, Licensed Surveyor Maps, San Luis
Obispo County Records; thence North 720 031 'Jest, a distance
of 36.01 feet; thence on the arc of a circular curve to the
left, the radius of which is 22 feet, tangent to a course
bearing South 720 03' East, through a central angle of 770
16' for a distance of 29.67 feet; thence South 590 191 East,
a distance of 18.00 feet; thence South 300 41' West, a distance
of 13.52 feet, to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.00781 acres of land, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 5th day of July , 19602 by and
between WALTER R. AND ELIZABETH JOHNSTON and WALTER RICHARD JOHNSTON, hereinafter
called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, here-
inafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 0.121..acres more
or less lying along Laurel Lane, the.City agrees to install a six (6) foot
sidewalk along said right -of -way granted to the City, to install curb and gutter
and to complete the street paving.
