JOHN H. WOODBRIDGE, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 21, Block 4 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract accord-
ing to the map filed for record April 25, 1873, in the office of the
County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 21, Block 4, this being
the true point of beginning, thence S 36° 251 E a distance of 332.00 ft;
thence N 54* 01 E a distance of 16.00 feet; thence N 36° 25' W a dis-
tance of 111.85 feet, thence along a curve concave to the right with
a radius of 20 feet through an angle of 90° 251 a distance of 31.56 ft;
thence S 54* 01 W a distance of 36.15 feet to the point of beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT; executed this % day of Ma , 1960, by
and between JOHN H. WOODBRIDGE, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of .050 acres
more or less lying along Johnson Avenue, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install a six foot (61) sidewalk across the Johnson Avenue frontage of Lot 21,
Block 4. Goldtree Vineyard Tract, and to do the earthwork behind the back of curb,
the City will install the curb and gutter across the entire Johnson Avenue front-
age, do earthwork on the street side of curb, place base material and paving,
move all necessary sewer, water and gas services and the fire hydrant, and do
all the engineering.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
