GRANT DEED
LEONARD G. BUSER and REBECCA R. BLASER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 30 South,
Rarge 12 East, MDBM, described as follows:
Commencing at Corner No. 16 nGoldtree Vineyard Tract" as shown and
delineated upon the map of said Tract on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County of San Luis Obispo, in Book 1 of Maps
at page 14 thereof; thence South 330 41t 261, East a distance of
1474.07 ft; thence S 32° 341 W a distance of 20403 feet to a point
on the Northeasterly property line of Johnson Avenue; thence from
a tangent bearing N 570 021 W on the are of a circular curve to the
left, the radius of which is 730 feet through a central angle of
1° 191 0411 a distance of 16.79 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing along the arc of the circular curve to the left,
the radius of which is 730 feet through a central angle of 13° 0015111
a distance of 165.81 feet to a point which is the end of the curve;
thence N 72° OOf W a distance of 3.84 feet to a point; thence
N 30° 081 E along said property lime a distance of 7.20 feet. to a
point, thence along an arc of a circular curve to the right,the
radius of which is 1533 feet through a central angle of 6° 221 461'
