MARTIN POLIN, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the official plat of the survey of
said lands approved by the Surveyor General May 2, 1889 described as
follows:
Beginning at a stake marked C.3 set at the intersection of the Jesterly
line of North Broad Street with the Southerly line of the County Road
from San Luis Obispo to Los Osos Valley; thence South 89° 301 `%rest
along said Southerly line, 149 feet; thence South 0° 301 East, 22 feet;
thence North 89° 301 East and parallel with the Southerly line of the
County Road as aforesaid, 129 feet; thence Southeasterly on a curve
to the right with a radius of 20 feet through an angle of 90° to a
point in the Westerly line of said North Broad Street, which bears
South 0° 301 East, 42 feet fromsaid stake C.3; thence North 0° 30' W
along said westerly line, 42 feet to the point of beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEKENT, executed this day of , 1960, by and
between MARTIN POLIN, hereinafter called grantor, end the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantor of 0.0831 acres more
or less lying along Foothill.Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantor agreeing
to install curb and gutter and an eleven foot (111) sidewalk along said right-
of -way granted to the City, the City agrees to do necessary engineering and to
complete the street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
