WILLIAM H. McKEEN and ROSE P. McKEEN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of the SW-4 of the SE-4 of Section 36, Township 30 South,
Range 12 East, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Orcutt Road
(County Road No. 34), with the Southeasterly line of Laurel Lane, a ccord-
ing to the map filed April 14, 1958, at page 105 in Voliune 8, on file
in the Office of the County Recorder; thence N 30° 401 E along the
Southeasterly line of Laurel Lane, a distance of 1788.83 feet to the
Trine Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 30° 40' E, a distance of
480.60 feet to the prolongation of the Southwesterly line of Tract
No. 106, according to the map filed December 9, 1959, at Page 33,
Volm a No. 6; thence S 66° 441 E, along said line, a distance of
23.19 feet; thence S 30° 401 W, a distance of 483.60 feet; thence
N 59° 201 W, a distance of 23.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.255 acres more or less.

conveyed by the deed or grant dated August 29, , 1960,

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 6th day of Augwt , 1960, by
and between WILLIAM H. McKEEN and ROSE P. McKEEN, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 0.255 acres more
or less lying along Laurel Lane, and in consideration of.Grantors agreeing to
install an eleven foot (111) integral sidewalk along said right -of -way granted
the City and to install curb and gutter across the entire frontage, the City
agrees to remove the trees within the widened portion, to assume engineering and
legal expense, to canplete the roadway widening and to place a plantnix berm
along the future curb line if the street is widened prior to installation of
curb and gutter.
It is understood that the City will proceed with their portion of the improve-
ments set forth hereinabove within sixty (60) days of the date of this agreement.
It is further understood that the -Grantors need not install their share of said
improvements unless and until Grantors subdivide or erect structures on their
Property in accordance with the Curbs, Gutters and Sidewalk Area Ordinance.
