GRANT DEED
LOUIS S. ISOLA and THELMA L. ISOLA, as Grantors, hereby grants to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all
of their right, title, and interest in the following described property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
All of that portion of the south half of Section 36 in Township
30 South Range 12 East M.D.M. described as follows:
Beginning at Corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract
according to map recorded September 302 1893, in Book l
of Record of Surveys, at page 14 records of said County;
thence S 6° 30t E, 884.35 feet and S 72° 001 E, 313.12 feet
to a point; thence S 30° 081 W a distance of 290 feet to a point
on the northerly line of Johnson ,Avenue, said point being the
True Point of Beginning. Thence S 72° 001 E_along the northerly
line of Johnson Avenue a distance`of 150 feet; thence IN 3000812'
a distance of 8.18 feet to a point; thence N 72° OOT W a distance
of 150 feet to a point; thence S 30° 08' 7, a distance of 8.18
feet to the True Point of Beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day ofJ—,� , 1961,
by and between LOUIS:S.ISOLA and THELMA L. ISOLA, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
.For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 0.027 acres
more or less lying along Johnson Avenue, and in the consideration of
Grantors agreeing to conduct the necessary earthwork on the property side
of the curb face and construct: sidewalk across the entire frontage, the
City agrees to do the necessary engineering, surveying, inspecting, earthwork
on street side of curb face, street base and paving, legal work, replace
existing water, sewer, gas utilities where necessary, place curb and gutter
across entire frontage, replace property corner stakes, and reconstruct
redrock driveway in kind.
It is understood that the City, at its option, may proceed with the
Cityts portion of the improvements set forth hereinabove at any time the
City so desires, but that the City is not under any obligation to do so
unless and until Grantors install their improvements.
