ANN ARBOR ESTATES, a limited partnership, hereby convey to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS CBISP02 a uninicipal corporation, that certain property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1 Block A of Tract
No. 203 as shown on the map filed in the office of the county
recorded in the County of San Luis Obispo, California, in Book
4 of Maps at page 55 thereof; thence North 0° 08+ 00" E a distance
of 70.161; thence North 89° 521 00" W a distance of 8.001; thence
South 00 081 001' a distance of 70.811; thence North 85° 26' 35" E
a distance of 8903' to the point of beginning, being designated as
parcel "D" on the map of Tract No. 203.
