GRANT DEED
RUSSELL L. and BARBARA M. CLINE, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all their right, title
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A parcel of lard in a portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, T 30 S, R 12 E, XM, in the City of San Luis
Obispo, California, said parcel of land being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Serrano
Drive and Bressi Place as said corner is shown on Record of Survey
recorded in Book 10 at Page 21 of Licensed Surveyor's maps, records
of San Luis Obispo County, California, thence following along the
South line of Serrano Drive, a 40.00 foot street, and along the North
line of that parcel of land shown on said Record of Survey, North
890 45' West, 211.30 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence
leaving the South line of Serrano Drive and following the West line
of said parcel of land South 0° 241 West, 5.00 feet to a point; thence
leaving the Vest line of said parcel of land, South 89° 45' East,
207.73 feet to a point; thence South 18° 361 East, 106.90 feet to a
point on the South line of said parcel of land; thence following the
South line of said parcel of land, North 68° 101 East, 5.01 feet to
the Southeast corner thereof, said corner being a point on the West
line of Bressi Place, a 40.00 foot street; thence following along the
West line of Bressi Place and along the East line of said parcel of
land, North 18° 361 West, 110.20 feet to the point of beginning.
