KENNETH N. and LAURA M. MITCHELL, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, As Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 5, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 11
1932 at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5; thence S 0° 071 E a distance
of 4 feet; thence N 89° 501 E a distance of 55.25 feet; thence N 00
071 W a distance of 4 feet; thence S 89° 501 W a distance of 55.25 feet
to the true point of beginning.
Containing .0053 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 3rd day of April , 19612
by and between KENNETH M. and LAURA M. MITCHELL, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of 90053 acres
more or less lying along Foothi.11�Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantors
agreeing to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along the said right -of -way
granted to the City, the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to
complete the-street paving.
