GRANT DEED

EDdARD W. and k] IN J. THOMPSON , as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 63 Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1,
1932 at Page 302 Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6; thence N 890 501 E
a distance of 50.25 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing N 89° 501 E a distance of 60.25 feet; thence S 0° 071
W a distance of 4 feet; thence S 89° 501 W a distance of 60.25 feet;
thence N 0° 071 E a distance of 4 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Containing .00553 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this ��� 7 day of ,%C , 1961,
by and between EDK&RD W. and DAWN J. THOMPSON, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of -00553 acres
more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantors
agreeing to install a six foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted
to the City, the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to complete
the street paving.
