GRANT DEED
DWIGHT E. and DORIS STEVENS, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation,.as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in.the following described property in the City of San
Euis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion.•of Lot 51 Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 12
1932 at Page 302 Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, California, The property is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5', thence N 89° 501 E
a distance of 55.25 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
S 0° 07t E a distance of 4 feet; thence N 89° 501 E a distance
of 55.25 feet; thence N 0° 071 W a'distance of 4 feet; thence
S 89° 50t W a distance of 550'25 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .0053 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 19th day of June , 1961,
by and between DWIGHT E. and DORIS STEVENS, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS'OBISPO, a'Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
For and in consideration of the conveyance by Grantors of .0053 acres
more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, and in consideration of Grantors
agreeing to install a six -foot (61) sidewalk along said right -of -way granted
to the City, the City agrees to construct curb and gutter and to complete the
street paving.
EXECUTED by the parties hereto on the date first above written.
