That the City of San Luis Obispo Planning Commission, by Resolution ' Noe 120 -61, has granted an exception to the requirement for curb, gutter and sidewalk to property described below, in accordance with Section 7330-BA (3) on the condition that the owners of said property - will install curb, gutter and sidewalk along the future extension of' Sydney Street fronting their property at the owner's sole expense, when Sydney Street is extended and improved: Said.owners further, covenant to dedicate that portion of the extension of Sydney Street when said extension is ready to be improved. Said land is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: Lot 11; Block 5, Goldtree Vineyard, 1810 Sydney, .-Street, Assessor's No. 3- 761 -03, R -1 zone. Said owners hereby covenant and-agree to compWwith the conditions of this covenant and the terms of said resolution and that in the event they do not ,,. with due diligence-so comply, that the City of San Luis Obispo may install said improvements and.make the cost thereof a lien upon said property.
