A portion of Lot 4, Block 80, Old Town Tract, 396 Santa Rosa Street, Assessor's
No. 1- 114 -12, C -1 zone.
Thereby, allowing four (4) free - standing signs in a C -1 zone, subject to the
following conditions:
1. This use permit shall terminate insofar as any signs that are
located within the set -back area are conceraed, upon 20 days
notice by'the City of San Luis Obispo of its intent to widen
the street.
2. The applicant shall execute a covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo
in which he shall agree to remove any signs in the setback area upon
20 days notice by said City of its intent to widen the street. This covenant
