A. Gress, et uy-, by deed dated June 16, 1947 and recorded July 2, 1947, in Bock 448, at

property so conveyed, and the Westerly prolongation.c.f said South line, 330 feet to a
point; thence South 0° 15' East, 8 feet; thence North 890 45' East, 330 feet to a point
on the afozresai!d East line; -thence North 0° 15' West along said East line, 8 feet to
