COVENANT
For good and valuable consideration,. the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged., the undersigned owners of certain property hereinafter described,
hereby covenant idth the City of San Luis Obispo on behalf of said owners, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution Wo. 15.63 of the San Luis Obispo Board of Adjustments,
granting a conditional use permit to said owners, subject to agreement by said
otmers to remove the free - standing sign upon twenty (20) days' notice by the
City of San Luis Obispo of the City's intent of -cridening Higuera Street., said
owners hereby covenant and agree to comply with the requirements of said
resolution by permanently removing said signs upon such notice and further
agree that this covenant shall run with and bind the land hereinafter described
and all subsequent owners and heirs., executors, administrators and assigns, and
that this covenant runs in favor of the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal
corporation.
2. Said land is located in the State of California, County of San Luis Obispo',
City of San Luis Obispo and is described as follows:
SIGNAL OIL COMPANY, portion of Lot 1., Block 149, Harford's Addition., 330 Higuera
Street, Assessor's No. 4- 801- •11 -14 and part of 10, X, zone
Signal Oil Company is the owner only of a leasehold interest in the land. 'he above agree-
ment shell bind it only so long as such a leasehold interest is in effect.
