GRANT DEED
DENNIS B. WHEELER JR., as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Base Meridian, the property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the northerly corner of Lot 1, Block
D, Tract 105, as shown on the map recorded May 28, 1957 in Volume 5,
Page 105, of Records of San Luis Obispo County and the easterly cor-
ner of Lot 5 of Block B 4 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract on file in
the Office of the County Recorder in Licensed Surveyors Book No. 19
at Page 14; thence along the northeasterly line of Lot 5 of the Gold-
tree Vineyard Tract, N 36° 25' W a distance of 85.25 feet to a point, which
is the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said north-
easterly line of Lot 5 a distance of 45 feet to a point which is the
point common to the portion of Lot 5 of Block B 4 of the Goldtree
Vineyard Tract owned by the County of San Luis Obispo and to the
portion of Lot 5 of above said tract owned by Dennis Wheeler; thence
S 53° 35' W a distance of 100 feet to a point on the line common
to Lot 5 and Lot 4 of the above mentioned Tract; thence S 36° 25'
E along said line a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence N 53°
35' E a distance of 80 feet to a point; thence along a curve con-
cave to the south through an angle of 90° having a radius of 20 feet
and a length of 31.42 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .059 acres more or less
