GRANT DEED
VIRGINIA C. Butzke as Grantor hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OPISP02 a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Beginning at corner No. 16, Goldtree Vineyard Tract in Sec. 36,
T.30S, R.12E, M.D.M., thence S.6 °301E a distance of 881.35 feet,
thence S.72 *001E a distance of 238.12 feet,tth &hee S.30 °08W2 a
distance of 281.82 feet to the true point of beginning, thence
S.72 °OOE. a distance of 75 feet, thence 5.300081W. a distance
of 8.181, thence N.72 °OOtW. a distance of 75.00 feet, thence N.
30 °081E a distance of 8.18 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .01377 acres more or less.

the GRANT DEED dated October 26 19 62
from VIRGINIA C. BUTME
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
(NORMAL RESIDENTIAL LOT)
THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTED this 26th day of October 1962
by and between VIRGINIA C. BUTZBE, hereinafter called. Grantor, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, herein-after called City
witnessth:
1. Grantor shall convey .01337 acres more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to install curb, gutter, and.sidewalk across the
entire frontage of the property and to conduct the normal
grading that Mould have been involved at the previous. curb
line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to
the City is $120.00 and that in the event the cost of the
improvements set forth in Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then
.the owner will pay said excess at the time of executing this
.agreement. Said excess amount is $479.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
relocation of utilities, regrade and replace concrete drive-
way as needed including curbing on both sides. of the driveway,
grading .in excess of the amount that would have occurred at
the old curb line and sloping all banks where cuts are necessary.
