the .San Luis Obispo High School District, located In the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, and hereinafter termed District, and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal
corporation located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and hereinafter
termed C ity:

That San Luis Obispo High School District, for a valuable consideration receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby quitclaim to the City of San Luis Obispo that
certain real property situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and
more particularly described on the attached sheets marked Exhibit A which are hereby expressly
referred to and incorporated herein as though here fully set forth.
IN WITNE -SS WHEREOF, the San Luis Obispo High School District has caused its
corporate name to be hereinunder subscribed by its ofricers, thereunto duly authorized by a
resolution of the Board of Education or` the San Luis Obispo High School District, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and the seal of said Board of Education to be here-
unto affixed on the day and year first above writt-an.

east property line of Block 8, a distance of 12.59 feet; thence S77° 201
E along the centerline of California Blvd. a distance of 260.68 feet;
thence S20° 46, W a distance of 46.58 feet; thence S69° 141 E a distance
of 38.00 feet; thence N22° 31, 44" E a distance of 21.80 feet to the true

San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AND HEREINAFTER TERMED DISTRICT, AM4-THE CITY OF SAN LUIS\OB!SPO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF SAN Luis OBISPO, STATE of CALIFORNIA, AND HEREINAFTER TERMED CITY$
WITNESSETH:
THAT DISTRICT AND CITY, THE PARTIES HERETO, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS,
AGREEMENTS, CONDITIONS, AND PROMISES HEREIN SET FORTH, DO HEREBY MUTUALLY COVENANT AND AGREE
AS FOLLOWS:
I* THAT DISTRICT SHALL TRANSFER TO CITY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA# WHICH REAL PROPERTY IS
MORE FULLY SET OUT ON THE ATTACHED SHEETS MARKED EXHIBIT A WHICH IS HEREBY
EXPRESSLY REFERRED TO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AS THOUGH HERE FULLY SET FORTH•
2, THAT CITY SHALL USE SAID REAL. PROPERTY FOR RECREATION AND/OR PARK PURPOSES
AND AGREES THAT NO STRUCTURES SHALL BE PERMITTED EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
SERVICE BUILDINGS FOR THE RECREATIONAL AND/OR PARK AREA, NECESSARY RETAINING
WALLS TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY, PARKING FACILITIES OR UNDERGROUND FACILITIES
OF A PUBLIC NATURE, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE RESTRICTIONS HEREIN CONTAINED
MAY BE REMOVED IN THE FUTURE WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL.AND SCHOOL
BOARD THEN IN OFFICE*
3. THAT THE DISTRICT SHALL PAY ONE-HALF OF THE COST OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS,
UP TO BUT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.00. SAID IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO
THOSE SET OUT IN THE SAN LUIS OBISPO HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOLUTION DATED
MARCH 22, 1962.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE EXECUTED THIS AGREEMENT ON THE DAY AND
