That portion of the J. Harford Addition in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map thereof recorded in Book A, Page 123 of
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said county which
is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Higuera Street and South
Street, thence N 89° 37' E, on the Southerly line of South
Street, a distance of 65.20 feet to a point, thence S 3° 15' W,
a distance of 24.03 feet to a point, thence S 89° 37' W, a
distance of 55.81 feet to a point, thence along a curve to the
left having a radius of 10 feet through an angle of 86° 22'
for a distance of 15.07 feet to a point on the Easterly line
of Higuera Street, thence N 3° 15' E along the Easterly line
of Higuera Street, a distance,of 33.42 feet to the point of
beginning.
CONTAINING .036 acres more or less.
