C O V E NA N T
(RESIDENTIAL LAND SUBDIVIDABLE INTO FOUR OR LESS LOTS)
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned owners of certain property hereinafter described, here-
by covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo on behalf of said owners, their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns as follows:
1. The owners hereby covenant with the City that in the event the property is
subsequently subdivided into four or less lots, the owner will reimburse the
City for all of the improvement costs set forth in Paragraph 2 of that certain
agreement dated Am day of 00 0667 , 1963, except an amount equal
to the cost of improvements o one normal residential frontage or that parcel
large enough to be subsequently subdivided, then this covenant will continue
on such parcel retained and the owner will pay cost of improvements upon each
subsequent subdivision of said parcel retained.
2. The owners further agree that this covenant shall run with and bind the land
hereinafter described and all subsequent owners and heirs, executors, admini-
strators and assigns, and that this covenant runs in favor of the City of San
Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation.
3. Said land is located in the State of California, County of San Luis Obispo,
City of San Luis Obispo and is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 34 in the California Park Subdivision, as shown on'the
map of California Park, filed December 2, 1919, at Page 36 in Volume 3, in
the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo, California described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 34, thence S 25° 55' E along the
Southwesterly property line a distance of 14.60 ft. to a point; thence
N 65° 21' E a distance of 168.87 ft. to the line common to Lot 344 and the
S.P.R.R.; thence N 36° 22' W along said line, a distance of 18.64 feet to
the Southerly line of Foothill Blvd.; thence S 64* 05t W along the Southerly
line of Foothill Blvd., a distance of 165.44 ft. to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING .064 acres more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Covenant dated July 23 , 19 63 ,
from Socony Mobil Oil Company, Inc.
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution 11o. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Voluaoe 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County. California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
