CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated December 9 19 63
from Central Church of Christ
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution toe 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
This Agreement, executed this day-ofo4aoo-W'gZ4s , 1963,
by and between the Central Church of Christ, hereinafter called Grantor,
and the City.of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey 0.07 acres more or less, lying
along John! ,son„- Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantor agrees to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk
across the entire 223.89 foot frontage of the property.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being
conveyed to the City is $884.52.
4. .City agrees to pay Grantor the sum of $884.52 upon
completion of said improvements.
5. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal
work and to pave out the street to the new gutter.
6. This agreement does not cover the 75 foot parcel at
the Southerly end of the Central Church of Christ
property since the conditions of widening that parcel
have already been agreed to at a previous date.
