hereby grants to the CITY OF, SAi\T LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee,
all of its right, title, and interest in-the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
THAT part of Block 6 of the Imperial Addition as recorded December 21,
1891 on Page 128 of Book A in the County Recorder's Office, County of
San Luis Obispo, California, described as follows:
BEGI.11-KING at the westerly corner of Block 6, Lot 1, thence S 32° 30t E
a distance of 280.00 feet along the Northeasterly property line of
Broad Street to a point, thence 11 57° 301 E a distance of 10.00 feet
along the northerly property line of Lawrence .Drive, thence N 32° 30f W
a distance of 280.00 feet along a line parallel with the Northeasterly

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated July 24, , 19 63

AGREEMENT
(RESIDENTIAL LAND SUBDIVIDABLE INTO FOUR OR LESS LOTS)
THIS AGREEINENT, executed this dall of f%�C,,�jG�� , 19 irx� , by and
between CHURCH OF CHRIST OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, a corporation, hereinafter
called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .064 acres more or less', lying along Broad Street to
the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City arees to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the entire front-
age of the property and to conduct the normal grading that would have been
involved at the previous curb line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree -that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is
$1,175.00 and that in the event the cost of the improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the owner will pay said excess at the
time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is $601.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, and Street work,
relocation of utilities, relocating of the yard light, reconstruction of steps
as necessary, construct a concrete block retaining wall across that part of
the property where the church is located (approx. 90 lineal feet), slope the
bank behind the new sidewalk to a 2:1 slope along the balance of the frontage,
extend the roof drains under the new sidewalk to the gutter and grading in
excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line.
5. Grantor will execute a recordable covenant running with the land for the
benefit of the City, providing.that in the event Lots 1 through 5 are
developed into 5 or more dwelling units, the developer would be required
to reimburse the City for the cost of all improvements in front of said
Lots 1 through 5.
