For good and valuable consideration, the receipt 'and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned owners of certain property Here-
inafter described, hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo on
behalf of said owners, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 34 -63 of the San Luis Obispd Board of
.Adjustments, granting a conditional use permit to said owners,
subject to agreement by said owners to remove the free- standing
sign upon twenty (20) days' notice by the City of San Luis Obispo
of the City's intent of widening Higuera Street, said owners hereby
covenant and agree to comply with the requirements of @aid resolution
by permanently removing said sign upon such notice and further agree
that this covenant shall run with and bind the lard hereinafter
described and all subsequent owners and heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, and that this covenant runs in favor of
the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation.
2. Said land is located in the State of California, County of San Luis
Obispo, City of San Luis Obispo and is described as follows:
Standard Oil Company, portion of Block 153, Harford's Addition,
195 Higuera Street, Assessor's No. 4- 802 -01, C -2 zone.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Covenant dated August 9 , 19 63
from Standard Oil Company of California
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution Ho. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
